Who is MCN Senior Co-Living designed for?
MCN Senior Co-Living is designed for active and healthy seniors who can live independently. It's ideal for those who want to enjoy retirement with good company, meaningful conversations, and a welcoming community every day.
Is MCN Senior Co-Living a nursing home?
No. MCN Senior Co-Living is a senior co-living community, not a nursing home. We welcome seniors who are active and able to live independently. Our focus is on companionship, community living, and helping you enjoy retirement while maintaining your freedom and privacy.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Your monthly stay includes comfortable accommodation, daily breakfast, weekly cleaning, WiFi, 4 organised community activities each month, and support from our community manager. Additional meals and optional activities are available at an extra cost.
How much does it cost?
Rooms start from RM3,500 per month. Rates may vary depending on the property, room type, and location. Visit "Our Homes" to explore available options, or "Chat With Us" for the latest availability and pricing.
Can I try before deciding?
Yes. We offer a 2D1N Trial Stay from RM500, giving you the opportunity to experience the home, meet the community, and see if it's the right fit before making a longer-term commitment.

How do I arrange a viewing?

I see three different names of MCN Asset, Micana, and MEC Lifestyle. What is the difference?
They are 3 groups within the same company, each with a distinct role.
1. MCN Asset is the investment and property development arm.
2. Micana manages the co-living homes, handling operations, renovations, and day-to-day management.
3. MEC Lifestyle organises the community activities and programmes that residents enjoy every month.
When you move into an MCN home, all 3 work together behind the scenes so you only have to think about one thing: settling in.
